Our client offers objective advisory services in inspection, certification, conformity assessment, and training. With a team of 1,900 professionals, they are the largest company in their specialty in Benelux and are committed to creating a safer and more efficient society.

Challenge

The monthly reporting cycle used to be a very time-consuming challenge, often resulting in inaccurate or missing information. The financial team and business controllers spent days collecting, combining, and preparing the data for reporting. The process was repetitive, lacked transparency, and was prone to human error.

Approach

After a proof of concept that proved the value of automated data collection and visual reporting, Keyrus built a new data warehouse, collecting and storing the data. The first iteration replaced the one-shot, high-level reporting on agent utilization rates with a daily, full-detail reporting environment (per agent, timesheet entry, customer, mission, travel time, non-billable time, and cross-team comparisons). The second iteration replaced the entire monthly management reporting.
